Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at  www.usps.com, shipments may also be shipped through UPS and can be tracked online at www.ups.com or by phone at 1.800.PICK.UPS.

P.O. Box Addresses and APO's

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or APO's.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Envy My couture strives to provide our customers with the latest style trends therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out.

Exchange Policy

Envy My Couture honors merchandise exchanges and store credits on all full priced merchandise . All exchanges must be received within 14 business days of receiving the parcel. Merchandise must be in its original resell-able packaging, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached.  Please note that our team will inspect all return merchandise before issuing exchanges or credits. Envy My Couture reserves the right to refuse merchandise if it does not meet the following conditions,  Customer will be notified via email if your items is not suitable for a return.

WHAT IS ZIP? 

ZIP is an installment payment platform that allows you pay for your purchase(s) using a credit or debit card. ZIP automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks

WHY WOULD I USE ZIP?

With ZIP you have the opportunity to split your Envy My Couture purchases into four (4) easy installments and pay for your order over time, instead of all-at-once.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES ZIP ASK FOR?

ZIP  will ask for your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and a US debit or credit card for sign up. ZIP requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to get started instead of having a traditional username and password.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND WITH ZIP?

Each transaction is assessed before it is approved and ZIP does not approve every order. ZIP considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, you’ll likely receive a higher limit than someone who is a new customer.

WHO CAN USE ZIP? 

In order to have an account with ZIP, you must:

  • Live in the US
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
  • Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase

WILL ZIP NOTIFY ME WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE?

Yes, ZIP sends customers payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.

WHEN IS MY FIRST PAYMENT DUE?

Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.

CAN I PAY OFF MY ZIP INSTALLMENTS EARLY? 

Yes, log in to ZIP’s Customer Portal and choose the order you wish to pay off early. You can access the portal at this link: https://customer.quadpay.com.

IF I RETURN MY ZIP ORDER, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND? 

Online returns are refunded in store credit using E-Gift card. Refunds issued for returned items do not affect your ZIP installments agreement. Your E-Gift Card code will be sent to the email on file for the order in question. This store credit can be used for online purchases on envymycouture.com and this credit never expires. 

WHEN WILL FULL REFUND BE ISSUED? 

In cases where orders are cancelled and a full refund must be issued, customers are only refunded the amount they have paid to-date via their installments. ZIP will then cancel all future payments. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to process, depending on the financial institution.

Example: You make a $100 purchase. You pay the first initial installment of $25 at checkout. Later, the order is cancelled. A refund of $25 is issued, and the remaining installments (which total out to $75) will be cancelled by ZIP.

HOW MUCH DOES ZIP CHARGE?

There is a $1 per-installment fee to use ZIP regardless of the size of your order. As long as your installments are paid on-time, there are no other fees to shop with ZIP. 

 

WHAT IS INSTALLMENTS WITH AFTERPAY?

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

HOW DO I USE INSTALLMENTS WITH AFTERPAY?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?  

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

IF I RETURN ITEMS FROM MY AFTERPAY ORDER, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND? 

Returns from Envy My Couture are refunded via store credit in the form of a Electronic gift card. Refunds issued for returned items do not affect your Afterpay installments. When returning items by mail on a purchase made using Afterpay, you will still need to complete your payments to Afterpay as  Envy My Couture processes returns and refunds separately.
