Shipping Policy
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at www.usps.com, shipments may also be shipped through UPS and can be tracked online at www.ups.com or by phone at 1.800.PICK.UPS.
P.O. Box Addresses and APO's
Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or APO's.
Envy My Couture does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please verify the shipping address provided is correct and contains the correct abbreviations, street numbers, house numbers, apartment numbers and or building numbers. This information is important to ensure timely delivery.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All customs orders may require additional processing days.
Damages
Envy My Couture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
